what we're building

the short version

A serious daytime café: good coffee, good breakfast, warm service, and a sharp but welcoming space.

Coffee is the heart of the shop. Breakfast makes it useful every day.

The goal is not to be the biggest or loudest café in Uluwatu. The goal is to be consistent, warm, and worth coming back to — which is why the opening team matters more than anything else we buy.
